Comms Request Forms
Whether you're launching a new campaign, require detailed amendments to a web page, or would like to schedule a social media post, it's essential that a request form is completed so that we can work efficiently.
All briefs can now be submitted via Asana. Just head to the 'unassigned briefs' board, copy and paste the template info, amend where appropriate, and submit your brief. A member of the Comms Team will then be assigned and will follow up with you.
Projects and campaigns
Is it time to start prepping for the next President Elections? Awards season almost underway? Introducing a new student or officer-led initiative? Let us know your intended launch dates so we can get these key dates in the diary and support you with your planning.
We require at least three weeks lead time to update an existing project/campaign and four weeks for a new one.

Want to add a new section to your department's sitemap? Need to create a new campaign page? Just get in touch.
We require a week's lead time for this.
If you just need to amend some names and dates, or upload a document as a resource, you should be able to do this yourself. Just contact the Comms team if you need any additional support following the April training.
Social media
Got information to share that's not tied to an existing project or campaign? We can schedule some social media posts for you, but it's important that we get some key info from you first.
We require at least two working days' lead time for this.
